📋 Agreement

By accessing or using Gisele's Pixels ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

✦ What Gisele's Pixels Does

Gisele's Pixels is a visual shopping discovery tool. You photograph a physical object; the App uses AI to identify it and searches the web for purchase links. The App also provides price tracking, shopping assistance via AI chat, and related features.

      Gisele's Pixels is an information tool, not a retailer. We do not sell products, process payments, or guarantee the accuracy of any price, availability, or product information returned.
    

✅ Acceptable Use

You may use Gisele's Pixels for personal, lawful shopping research. You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or automate the App at scale
Upload images that contain illegal content or that you do not have the right to submit
Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the AI systems
Use the App to infringe intellectual property rights
Resell or commercialise access to the App's AI features without permission

🤖 AI Accuracy and Limitations

Gisele's Pixels uses large language models (Claude by Anthropic) and web search to identify products and find purchase links. These systems can make errors.

AI-generated product identifications, prices, and purchase links may be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete. Always verify prices and product details directly on the retailer's website before making a purchase decision.

Product identifications may be incorrect, especially for generic or visually similar items
Prices shown may not reflect current retailer pricing
Purchase links may lead to incorrect or unavailable products
Price history is based on observed scans only and is not a comprehensive market record
Price alerts are best-effort and not guaranteed to trigger at any specific time

🔗 Third-Party Retailers

Purchase links in the App navigate to third-party websites (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc.). These sites are independent of Gisele's Pixels. We are not responsible for:

The accuracy of product listings on third-party sites
Transactions, returns, or disputes with third-party retailers
The privacy practices of third-party websites
Any products purchased through links found in the App

Gisele's Pixels does not use affiliate links and receives no commission from purchases.

🧠 AI Chat (Ailah)

The Ailah chat assistant is powered by Claude (Anthropic). Conversations are processed by Anthropic's systems. Do not share sensitive personal or financial information in chat. Ailah's responses are informational only and do not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice.

⚖️ Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular product information will be accurate or complete.

🛡️ Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gisele's Pixels and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to losses arising from purchases made based on App-provided information.

🌍 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from use of the App shall be resolved in accordance with those laws.

✏️ Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the App evolves. Continued use of the App after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be noted in the App.
